COLEMAN FIIHR

CEO

With over 27 years of experience in healthcare, Coleman Fiihr has dedicated his career to improving patient care and advancing medical innovation. Beginning his journey at age 16 as a nurse’s aide, he went on to serve as a Surgical Technician in the U.S. Army, where he developed a strong foundation in surgical and procedural medicine.

In 2001, Coleman began his professional focus in cardiovascular medicine as a Cath Lab Technician, later serving as medical faculty for several publicly traded companies, including Abbott and Cardiovascular Systems Inc. His expertise and leadership in clinical education led him to transition into vascular sales in 2012, where he consistently earned multiple President’s Club awards for outstanding performance.

By 2016, Coleman shifted his focus toward entrepreneurship, founding and operating multiple ventures across the healthcare sector. His experience spans physician practices, office-based cath labs, and a fully accredited ambulatory surgery center (ASC), reflecting his deep understanding of both clinical operations and business development within healthcare.

Coleman has been married for 15 years and is the proud father of two children: Adalyn, a senior at the University of Alabama, and Bronson, a sophomore at Walnut Grove High School. His leadership philosophy is rooted in service, integrity, and a relentless pursuit of excellence in patient-centered care.

BAILEY JONES

CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Bailey Jones is a highly accomplished healthcare professional and operations leader with over eight years of experience in clinical and administrative management. After graduating from North Central Texas College (NCTC) with her Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification, Bailey began her career in the Emergency Department in Denton, Texas, where she developed a passion for patient care and operational excellence in fast-paced medical environments.

In 2018, Bailey joined Advantage Vascular under the leadership of Coleman Fiihr as a part-time LVN providing pre- and post-procedural patient care. Her strong work ethic, clinical expertise, and natural leadership quickly set her apart. Within a short period, she transitioned to full-time employment and earned multiple promotions, becoming an indispensable part of the organization.

Today, Bailey serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of DFW Surgical Partners, Inc. and Clinical Director of DFW Surgical Partners–North Dallas, LLC. In these roles, she oversees all aspects of staffing, patient care coordination, and administrative operations, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency, compliance, and quality care across the organization.

Beyond her professional achievements, Bailey is a dedicated mother to her one-year-old daughter, Sloan, and continues to balance her leadership responsibilities with grace, determination, and compassion.

ROCIO REVELES

RCM DIRECTOR

Rocio Reveles brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare billing, collections, and revenue cycle management. Throughout her distinguished career, she has worked across all facets of medical financial operations, building an exceptional depth of expertise in reimbursement processes, compliance, and payer relations.

For the past six years, Rocio has served as the Head Biller, Credentialing Specialist, and Insurance Verification Specialist at Advantage Vascular, where she has played an integral role in optimizing financial performance and ensuring operational efficiency. Her attention to detail, extensive knowledge of payer systems, and commitment to accuracy have made her a cornerstone of the organization’s administrative success.

In her current role as Revenue Cycle Manager for DFW Surgical Partners, Rocio oversees all aspects of the company’s financial operations — from billing and collections to payer negotiations and contract management. She leads initiatives to streamline revenue processes, maximize reimbursements, and establish in-network contracts with major insurance providers.

Rocio’s leadership ensures that DFW Surgical Partners maintains both financial strength and the highest level of compliance within today’s complex healthcare landscape.
